I don't know where I'm heading in life, please giv me some advice?

I dropped out of uni last december because it wasn't working out and I disliked my course. Now I don't know what kind of career I want. I'm too scared to go back to uni in case I make a wrong decision again, about my course etc...

I've been fretting about this for a few months now and I just don't know what decision to make

Every so often I think of a new career I might like: a nurse, conservation assistant, office assistant etc but then I lose interest quickly. What is wrong with me,I'm worried. Is this common? Should I just get a part time job in the meantime?I don't know where I'm heading in life, please giv me some advice?
It is very often that you lose interest in things, such as courses. My advice is you decide what you would really like to do in life, think of atleast two things you would like to be doing 5 years from now and if it requires doing a course on then give it a go, remember there are courses for many things you can do at home and still get grades for them.If the first idea you chose didn't work out for you then try your other idea, remember i said keep atleast two in mind.Just make sure it's something you're dedicated to and enjoy and you are passionate about. If you are really passionate about something and would really like to become something then don't give up too easily, it may take time and become slightly boring with the time it takes but be sure to keep in mind if you really want it then it's possible to have it if you keep to it.If you get a part time job make sure it's something you enjoy. If you look at many ideas of careers and look at what you can acheive from them then there will most likely be afew you would like to do.I don't know where I'm heading in life, please giv me some advice?
hi, we're all scared from time to time. would you consider taking a course in something you really like and working part time? then, if you didn't like it you wouldn't have put too many $ towards it %26amp; you would still have some money coming in from your job.

On the other hand if you really liked the course and did well - at least a B then you could continue to the next level.
I LOVE MY LIFE !!! I AM HAPPY HAVE LOTS OF FREE TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND DO NOT EVER WORRY ABOUT THE BILLS. I HAVE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE AT. IT'S TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE. READ MY PROFILE I WILL HELP.

A part time job will give you time to think as well as teach you the value of university. Also, you don't have to KNOW what you want to do at school. The main thing is, take coursework that interests you, because you're going to be doing that for a while afterwards. There's no sense in going to veterinary school, for instance, if you like to throw clay, or becoming an engineer if what you like the most is watching the little animals in a pond.

I know you're bored / distracted. That's the way it is with smart people -- short attention spans. It's natural, and it's not a problem.

Good luck!
The classic best book ever written on the question: what do I want to be when I grow up is What Color is Your Parachute? It's been around a long time, updated almost every year and is in every vocational counselor's bookcase. Read it. Take it seriously. Also here is the author's website: www.jobhuntersbible.com/

Good luck.
