You and your friend have too much to cope with without more help (especially her) Yes its positive that you can support and communicate with each other, but you are distancing yourselves from the rest of the world, and isolating yourselves will not help. Its a shame that you feel like theres no one you can trust and that if people know they wouldn't want to know you, but there are people out there who really would want to help, and you know she needs more help than you can give her on your own. If you look at these websites they might help you not feel so alone and give you some idea of what you can do.

You cannot deal with both your friends problems and your problems. Being her friend at this time, with all her problems on your shoulders, is damaging for you. Help her to find help in counsellors or trusted adults, this is the most important thing. Talk to your doctor about the problems your friend has and how they make you feel, this would be key in understanding your depression. Doctors are confidential, and they would help you to find help for your friend. Please take all this advice, in order to save both you and your friend!
i know you're sad. but we call that empathy.
your friend needs help. and you're not equipped. find a trusted adult and spill your guts.
she won't see christmas going on like she is. so you gotta do something.
right?
God bless you and may your day be lovelier than mine.
