I need advice with my current life...?

I've been working a stable job for about 2 years now and I have been thinking about leaving.Due to the fact that 1.) I'm not happy 2.) this is not what I want to do for the rest of my lifeand finaly 3.) I want to go back to school. But I'm scared I have bills to pay and my mom just fell ill and she has no insurance so chipping in for her bill is something that was asked of my by the family. I am so confused please be honest and share your advice and tell me what I would be best for me. thank you so much in advanceI need advice with my current life...?
Can you talk to your family about wanting to go back to school, changing jobs and/or cutting back on hours?I need advice with my current life...?
If you're not happy, I would look for a new job. 2 years looks good on a resume so it will show enough stability. You should get the opportunity to try new things and see what you want to do for the rest of your life.

I would hold off on going back to school due to the financial obligation and with your mother's situation.

If you can, try to find a job that offers compensation to employees furthering their education. Then maybe you could end up with the best of both worlds - a job you enjoy and the ability to continue your schooling.

Good luck.
Well since you have bills to pay and want to help your mom, don't make a drastic decision.

Why not go to school and work at the same time. If you work during the day take classes at night or vice versa.

You also want to consider whether you really want to start over at a new job.

1. Is it likely that your new job will start you off at the same amount you are currently making?

2. Do you want to risk loosing a little seniority and start off as a new employee, having to wait for benefits and raises.

3. If you get a new job, what is the likelyhood that you will enjoy it? Will it be what you want to do for the rest of your life?

I think you should consider these things before deciding to leave.

It also depends on the reason you are unhappy. If it is just the job, maybe you can reach out for a different position in the company, one more suited for you.

If you are having problems with people you work with, I guess this is a different story. I've been there and when there is feuding in the workplace leaving sometimes is the best option just to maintain your sanity. But, again you have to weigh pros and cons.
