cant seem to get my thaughts straight today, feel like so much is happening but I am not there with all the happenings.....:)

any advice would be good, who knows mayb it'll be usefull one day...:)Anyone have any advice for me on life....?
Among the silent warrior wise quotations..I liked one...the one tells that everybody is trying to give you their own answers... and I add, ';to their own questions';..

Yes, i don't know about your life, so my advice won't be valid.. it is just vainly.. most of the advices above can be useful, but actually they are addressing the people who offered them..

They are talking about their problems and their trials to find peace... what about your advice?Anyone have any advice for me on life....?
Do Unto Others As You would Have Them Do Unto You

Live the golden rule and be happier. :-)
Try not to think about everything you need to do. Just think about one thing at a time. Get that done, then move on to the next thing. Don't worry about things that you have no control over. That will help a lot. Take care of the things you do have control over. Get plenty of rest, plenty of water, and a balanced diet. Be sure you schedule in time for play along with time for the work you need to do. Just take it one thing at time, one day at a time.
An oldey but a goody:

';Don't fight the river!';.

In other words if you strongly feel something, like being scattered, accept that and calmly concentrate on doing all your tasks today one by one, step-by-step.

All that time being ';OK'; with yourself and not giving yourself a mental ear bashing for not being at your best. You are a beautiful and unique organic being. NOT a machine. Allow yourself to perform steadily, to your current best, but don't stress.

Have good day.
Be good to your body and try not to worry so much. Worry leads to stress and that is never good for you. Take a time out from things, relax and get your focus back. Yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercises may help. Plenty of rest and a good diet are always helpful. The main thing is to not take upon so much burden in your mind.
#1 Rule of Life: the strong get stronger and the weak get weaker.

Make sure that you're one of the strong.
just chill out...
The grass is not greener on the other side. Many think if they have a GF/BF and decided they like to have a new GF/BF and later finding out it's not any better when they get together with the person. Many times it's worse and often too later to reconcile.

Same as the desire for a new job. A new job can offer more $$$ and or opportunities but then you discover @ the new job, it's not fun working the new staff and it's not cut out as they described. Then work life become less desirable.

..... The grass is not greener on the other side.
THIS IS AN ADVICE TO BE CASUAL.LIKE ME MR.CASUAL

Read the book ';The Silent Warrior'; or watch the movie. It gives great insight into some advice on life. Here are some quotes from it.

“I call myself a Peaceful Warrior... because the battles we fight are on the inside”

· A warrior does not give up what he loves, he finds the love in what he does.

· The journey is what brings us happiness not the destination there is only the journey.

· Those who are the hardest to love, need it the most

· There are no ordinary moments.

· There's no greater purpose than service to others.

· Everyone wants to tell you what to do and what's good for you. They don't want you to find your own answers, they want you to believe theirs. Stop gathering information from the outside and start gathering it from the inside.

******Life has just three rules*******

Paradox, humor, and change.

· Paradox: Life is a mystery. Don't waste time trying to figure it out.

· Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure.

· Change: Know that nothing stays the same.
